The challenge

Growth was outpacing the paperwork.

Jason's Cabs had built a loyal customer base across the city, but the back office was creaking. Bookings arrived by phone, text and the occasional shout across the office. Fares were jotted onto paper dockets, typed into a spreadsheet at the end of each shift, and then re-keyed again into the accounts.

Drivers waited days to be paid while cash was counted and matched against jobs by hand. Invoices for account customers went out late, and every month-end turned into a scramble. Jason knew that taking on more work meant drowning in even more admin - unless something changed.
